This is a

Bench is horizontal

This is a 64-count combination
First 32 counts
- Hamstring curl right straddle down left, right (4)
- Hamstring curl left straddle down right, left (4)
- Turnstep 2x-right, then left (behind bench, facing front) (8)
- 1 "Big Turn" off the left end (now you'll be on the narrow end
of the bench facing the right wall) (4)
- Right lead single knee lift (on narrow end of bench facing right) (4)
- Double knee-lift (left lead) off the side (think L-step, still
facing the right wall) (4). You'll be here after you do it:

- Tap down from double knee (right, left) (2)
- Step touch on the floor left lead (facing the back of the room) (2)
Now you should be back where you started ready to start with a right lead
Next 32 Counts:
- 2 Single kicks (right lead for both) (8)
- Diagonal over the board (4)
- 2 Jacks back (or tap up left going back) (4)
- Turnstep-straddle down, turnstep-straddle down (left lead)(8)
- Double-knee Hop-turn over (left lead) (8)
That's it, repeat all 64 counts -- left lead

Double-knee Hop-turn over: Step left, 2 right knee lifts, then tap
and 1/2 hop turn to the other side of the board, exit. (8 counts)
