Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 1657)
Starting right lead
Block 1
- Walk up and back (8)
- Step touch 2x (4)
- Hamstring curls 2x (4)
Repeat this 16 count again
Block 2
- Grapevine right, step touch 2x (8)
- Mambo left 2x (8)
- Grapevine left, step touch 2x (8)
- Mambo right 2x (8)
Block 3
- Step together, step together right, then left (8)
Arms do a pec press. Move this back right angle and left angle
after you practice a few times
- Step touch 4x move up (8)
- Alternating lunges back 4 (8)
- Knees up 4 (8)
Block 4
- Right V-Step 2x (8)
I use star arms or "follow your feet" arms
- Grapevine right (4)
- Walk up (4)
- Step on left and bring right knee up, then left, then right
(3 knees total) (4)
- Walk back (4)
- Grapevine left (4)
- Jacks 2x (4)
Repeat this on the left leg starting left leg V-step after the jacks
