Minnesota Warm

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1547)

Final Product:

This is easy to teach, I do the step touch and step hamstring curls first then add the step element (up- to the side- down- to the side) and practice that with a right orientation. Next I do the grapevine and add in the hustle and squats, leaving out the step touch and hamstring curl part. Thirdly, I do the whole combination starting to the left so that they get to practice the step touch on the step as they have learned it with the right orientation (grapevine left, hustle right, squat right steptouch to the step right etc. When I get to the left orientation of the steptouch and curls, I stay and practice that then put both sides together. Even my beginner classes are able to do this and it is interesting and fun. Please email me with any questions.
