This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 1575)

Hi there!

The following combinations are for students who are some what experienced. Both combinations are in 32 counts. The first one is the easier of the two.


Repeat on the left (start with V-steps left lead)

Variation: In between the double hustle (when you finish one, before you start the next) Turn in between them, so you are now facing the back, finish the second half of the double hustle and repeat the combination to the back of the room.


Variation: This makes it a lot of fun; when you do the two alternating knees, make one full circle with them (360). On the first knee you will face the back of the room, on the second you will be facing the front again. This fits in good after the up-and-back.
