RIVERDANCE KNEE'S.
Lift right knee, cross over left leg, tap on floor, then lift back, repeat on left leg.
POWER SQUAT'S.
Slow squat, hand's on thigh's, two jump's up feet together, and two clap's.
GALLOP'S.
4 Jumping side step's, pumping arm's up and down at waist height.
I've started teaching this routine this month to my intermediates. I start with section
one, go through a couple of times, then add on section two, go through a couple of times,
then add on section three. I'm also using pure energy's Hi-Impact 11 tape slowed down a
little. It's brill.
