This is a Step pattern from (pattern 1344)

COMBO I - I think it originated with Petra. I have altered it a bit here and there. A fun transitionto other lead! I will start out with it first, and refer back to it as "Step kick from the top", as I incoporate other combos into the class.

COMBO II - I keep it strictly as repeater knee, half hop, over the top, repeater knee, or hamstring curl, etc. I do not do a MIX repeater. If you chose the Variation - you will always perform your repeaters facing the same wall. A good reminder for those clients who haven't mastered a half hop turn. It is fun to mix COMBO II and the Variation!

COMBO III - I start with an over the top, then change to A step - always watching for the grapeviner's! It's a nice step to use before getting into lunges from the top! IF YOU choose to keep step horizontal, start with across the top, instead of over the top!!
