Step Interval

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 1368)

This is a combination of 4 minutes of step and 4 minutes of hi/lo

1st combo - step

2nd combo - hi/lo

3rd combo - step

  • 2 Right basic, 2 right v-step ,2 tap up right, 4 knee repeater
  • 4 Over the top
  • Same on left side

    4th combo - hi/lo

    5th combo - hi/lo

    For an interval work out make sure you warm up for a full 10 minutes. It moves fast and is a great work out. You can order tapes designed for this. HAVE A BLAST!
