The Maine Loon Jig
This is a
Funk pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 1379)
This exciting new movement pattern was created in the "Downeast"
region of Maines' wilderness were the only people to participate are the
wildlife.
- Start with loud music blaring to the highest volume possible
(no one is gonna hear anyway)
- Wiggle your butt to the beat.
- Clap your hands in the air.
- Bob your head like a mother "Loon" would do.
- Stomp your feet and pretend to go underwater.
- Repeat this routine until the music stops or you faint.
Enjoy the exercise benifits of the great Maine woods
