This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 1434)

You are ready now to start from the top scooping left first and turning right with the hamstring curls back.

The L step: To the right wall two side steps pivot left hamstring curl with a hop to the mirror going left two side steps right hamstring curl, to the back wall " going right" left hamstring hop pivot turn, to the left wall right hamstring curl hop.

The Plier: You are in a sitting on a chair position and bouncing slightly up, down, up and the arms to the side bouncing up and down with the lower arm only as to balance your squat. End it with a left knee up if you came back from a right scoop. You will end up the Plier series with the right knee up ready to go for an L step to the right.

Arms: *When turning back in a circle with the hamstring curls I punch up the right arm with the right hamstring curl and the left with the left at the same time I bounce the shoulder folowing the beat of the music.

* With the Scoop I hop jump with a clap.
