Laterals Natural Combo
This is a
Slide pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 1444)
- 1 Mambo at bumper - inside leg forward & back (4 counts)
- 1 Pivot turn at same bumper (4 counts)
- 1 Side squat off slide + 1 side squat on slide (8 counts)
- 3 Quick Athletic slides + 1 hold (8 counts)
- 4 Quick Bunny hops at this bumper (4 counts) + a quick jog &
shout (5&6&7&8)
- 1 Step off front slow (1,2)+ squat(3,4) +reach high (5,6) + double
clap (7,8)
- 1 Step back on slide slow and repeat squat reach clap combo (8 counts)
- Finish with 8 speed skate (Athletic low stance)
Then you should be at other end of slide to repeat whole thing again but on
other leg.
Be warned this is a very intense combo when it grasped by your class but
great fun. Definitely not for beginners.
Slide is alive in the UK despite the rumours!!
