Burn your Buns

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2304)

You need bands. We use 2 for added resistance. Go through the above combination 4 times.

This looks SO easy but your buns will really start to burn during your second set. (Especially if you use 2 bands)
