Advanced Abs
This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 2307)
All of us at one time or another would like nice firm abs, try this
one...my classes seem to like it.
- Sitting on top of step, grabbing the step with a firm hold.
- Spine in a "C" position.
- Legs together, slowly lift knees towards chest, then extend legs
straight out, do not let feet touch the floor.
- Pull legs in again, knees to chest, and repeat.
- Start out 2 sets of (8) continously.
- Now relax, placing legs on floor for a (8) count, then repeat.
- Remember, abs tight all all times, and do not "sway" your back while
lifting legs.
