Sumo Squats

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2313)

Squatting Sumo style....

Begin with normal squats for 8

Then change to...

Squat down centre, on the way up you lift right leg off the floor and squeeze backwards and then put down back on the floor.

Repeat on the left and the keep alternating until you (the class) have had enough. p> Breakdown in counts:

If you want to increase this then you can add a resistance band around the calves. And keep the body low.
