Body Sculpt 2

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2314)

Another Body Sculpt routine....

Remember dumbbells in the hands!

Step is horizontal.

Legs first...


Once you have been through this 8 times you can cut down to 4 of each.

Then what I like to do is one knee, one abductor, one hamstring and one glute all on the right side and then repeat on the left side. You can keep going with this as long as you like.

I then add onto this routine the routine I did in the Body Sculpt page from March. Doing that routine on the right leg followed by this routine on the right leg, then change over and repeat on the opposite leg.
