Spinning for Life

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2346)

After warm up introduce rolling hills. Gear up and down as appropriate.

Also I have found breaking up a climb makes it more interesting.

At the end of the ride while sprinting home sometimes I add in an interval of jumps. 30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds jumps.

Remember Spinning is not supposed to hurt. Dont try to choreograph so much
Let your student ride with you "coaching" not instructing. You will be happier and so will your student. Get off your bike and individually help and motivate them
