Hello Spinning Fanatics.
I call this the roller coaster because you start with a slow climb
increasing every 15 seconds 4X seated or standing, reach the "peak"
(top of the roller coaster), then sprint down (going down the roller
coaster)!
- Start seated climb
- Increase every 15 seconds---4X
- Reach the peak--I tell them this so they know their working the
hardest part of the climb. Hold here for another 15 seconds
- Turn down resistance for a sprint---Sprint down (10 seconds)
- Repeat above immediately start your climb back up increasing
every 15 seconds - 4X
My class loves this one, I recommend doing a recovering run after it!
