Ab Variations

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2370)

Lying on the step or mat Do another set by changing the crossed leg.

Then do a set on each side for the obliques: Same as above, but when you pull the knee in toward the chest, turn your upper torso,so the right elbow meets knee of the left "crossed leg".

Hope this makes sense. If they are doing it right, they should feel a little extra resistance of the lower fibers of the abdominal muscle.
