Inner thigh variations

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 2394)

We have students bring a towel to class to lay on the floor next to the step, or you can set down a mat and put your step directly in front of it:

Lying on your side on the floor, next to a horizontal step with at least 2 blocks on each end:

When doing your ab work at the end of class, you can also work inner thighs at the same time:

Note: A variation with exertubes
(Resistance tubing with handles on each end).

The tubing is on the inner part of leg and really makes great resistance. By running it under the step it makes the tube very tight. I have found this be be the best inner thigh work ever!
