### Pattern 1 (64 count)

- a) Right scoop x 2, left scoop x 2; march back for 4 and
reach up (left, right) x 2 (16)
- b) March out for 4 and in for 4; step touch x 3 and
lunge (left) x 1 (16)
- c) Left scoop x 2, right scoop x 2; march back for 4 and
reach up (right,left) x 2 (16)
- d) March out for 4 and in for 4; step touch x 3 and
lunge (right) x 1 (16)

### Pattern II (64 count)

- a) Right grapevine x 1, step touch x 2; knees up (right, left, right,
left) x 4 (16)
- b) Cross-back (right) x 1 and hamstring curls x 2; cross back (left)
and turn around moving in left direction!(16)
- c) Left grapevine x 1, step touch x 2; knees up (left, right, left,
right) x 4 (16)
- d) Cross-back (left) x 1 and hamstring curls x 2; cross back (right)
and turn around moving in right direction! (16)

Repeat Pattern I and II
Variations: To make it more intense, for Pattern I (a) Scoop and Jump.
You can jog back instead of marching, but I would prefer marching when
going backwards!

For Pattern II (a) Instead of Knees up for 4, you can try 2 up and overs
if you like.

There are many ways you can play around with my choreography! eg one
could teach Pattern I (a,b) and Pattern II (c,d). and then Pattern I (c,d)
and Pattern II (a.b)
