Nancy's Interval Step
This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 2426)
- Basic right (8)
- V-step on step (1,2,3,4)
- V-step on the floor (5,6,7,8)
- Knee lift corner, corner (12) left, right, left
- Start over on the left
- Interval on the floor for (60 seconds)
These are easy movements, but high intensity.
Mambo corner corner, bending the knees and extending the movements
largely. As you are doing the mambo bend deeply into the quads as
you move to the other side really lift and extend your arms towards the
ceiling extending up through the chest and shoulders.
After the 60 seconds, just leave them on the floor facing the step and
taping the toes on top for approximately 2-3 minutes to recover.

- Turnstep (12)
- Step tap or pony (4)
- Knee lift corner, corner (8) left, right
- Knee lift straddle (4) left leg
- Knee lift straddle (4) right leg
- Repeat knee left leg (8) and exit to the left
- Repeat all on the left
- Interval (60)
Step touch side to side increasing the intensity by making the movements
larger and longer and squating through the quads...
