If the lunges are rockin' don't go a-walkin'

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2437)

If you have an advanced class this is a great toning exercise - lunges are really great but most people complain they lose their balance and don't like lunging *You can do several sets depending on how long your room is and how many people are in your class - do the lunges slowly - I assure you these are wonderful for your glutes!!!

You can have them carry dumbbells in their hands once they are more experienced and need more resistance!
