Awesome Ab work

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 2451)

You'll need a step, preferably with 2 risers per side.

Thanks to Gin Miller for this abs workout! It's really effective and there is no neck strain, which my clients really appreciate. You can teach a variety of levels by demonstrating how to make it harder with a longer lever leg, and by adding arm work. Hope you can use this in your classes.
