Upper Body Strength

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2957)

For triceps:

Equipment: bodybar, but could substite with hand weights, tubing, or bands

For biceps:

Equipment: body bar or handweights

Remember the importance of muscle balance! If you work one muscle group, work the opoposing group as well and let the participants know that you are doing that. Teach them, don't just perform. (:
