Push Em' Up

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2961)

This adds a little "umph" to the same old push up routine! Repeat the above one more time then switch hands.
You will be doing the above twice on each side.
But there's still more.....

To do a plyo push up you bring your upper body down and push off of the floor. Both hands will need to leave the floor.
