This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 2977)

This is a cardiosculpt class done with light weights (1-2 pounds). Music should be no faster than 130 bpm.

Block 1 (32 counts)

Block 2 (64 counts)

Block 3 (32 counts)

Block 4 (32 counts)

Block 5 (32 counts)

Block 6 (32 counts)

**March here so you can switch leads

Block 7 (32 counts)

This type of class format doesn't seem challenging at first but, trust me, they will sweat and they will feel it the next day!! I usually give them a "march break" between blocks so that they can catch their breath. Contact me with any questions or comments. Enjoy!!
