Combo 1
- Turnstep 3X right lead (12)
- Over the top 1X (4)
- Tap up 3X (12) *
- Over the top 1X (4)
- Repeat this combo to get the left leg.
Combo 2
- Turnstep 3X right lead (12)
- Over the top 1X (4)
- Hop up 3X (12) **
- Over the top 1X (4)
- Repeat to get left leg.
Combo 3
- Turnstep 3X right lead (12)
- Over the top 1X (4)
- Jump up on the bench with both legs 3X (12)
- Over the top 1X (4)
- Repeat to get left leg.
*On the tap-ups, hop-ups and jump-ups, your body is on the side of the
bench...you're not facing the bench, your either the left or right
side wall depending on which leg your working.
**Hop-up is when your right leg hops up on the bench and your left
leg taps the bench along side with your right leg. You'll do the
opposite when changing lead legs.
I like to use this pattern in the middle of class because you can still
get an intense workout, but still use the "taps" to catch your breath.
