*On the tap-ups, hop-ups and jump-ups, your body is on the side of the bench...you're not facing the bench, your either the left or right side wall depending on which leg your working.

**Hop-up is when your right leg hops up on the bench and your left leg taps the bench along side with your right leg. You'll do the opposite when changing lead legs.

I like to use this pattern in the middle of class because you can still get an intense workout, but still use the "taps" to catch your breath. Hope you like it, enjoy...have a great workout!!
