Squat Patterns

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3006)

These patterns are used in my Hi/Lo Interval class:

Hands weights are optional.

Start with feet together, most of your weight in your heels.
Weights are resting on thighs.

Combination #2

Repeat all of combination #2 on left leg

If anyone does an interval class with squat and lunge patterns, please email me or submit under a "squat" pattern name. I need new stuff!! Help!! Thanks.
