Squat Patterns
This is a
[Other] pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3006)
These patterns are used in my Hi/Lo Interval class:
Hands weights are optional.
Start with feet together, most of your weight in your heels.
Weights are resting on thighs.
Combination #1
- Squat slowly (music between 135-145 bpm) 8x
- "Pulse" down 8x
- 2 Big squats moving to the right (8 counts)
- Feet together and pulse 4x (8 counts)
- 2 Big squats moving to the left (8 counts)
- Feet together and pulse 4x (8 counts)
Combination #2
- Squat right, bring feet together 8x on right
- ADD: 1 abductor "side" lift between 2 squats.
In other words: Squat right, sidelift right,
squat right, feet together (8 counts)
Repeat all of combination #2 on left leg

patterns, please email me or submit under a "squat" pattern
