Cardio Kick & Kick & Kick

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 2998)

In a boxers ready stance, left leg forward, pyramid position arms:

Combo 1:

Combo 2:

Repeat 16 count combo to all 4 corners for a 64 count total


Front kick:
Kick forward with the ball of the foot with a snap kick and recoil.

Punch with the back lead arm (same as an across)

Side kick:
Kick to the side with the heel and the hips turned away from the opponent.
