In a boxers ready stance, left leg forward, pyramid position arms:
Combo 1:
- Front kick (1,2 count) & jab reverse (3,4 count) - repeat 4X
alternating legs (16 total counts)...start by kicking right
and punch right, left then kick left and punch left, right...
- Jumping jacks moving back 4X (8 counts)
- Flurry (8 counts)
- Right side kick & squat 2X (8 counts)
- Shuffle & flurry right(4 counts) & left (4 counts)
- Left side kick & squat 2x (8 counts)
- Shuffle & flurry left (4 counts) & right (4 counts)
Combo 2:
- Front kick 4X (moving forward & alternating legs right, left,
right, left) (8 counts)
- Shuffle right (4 counts)
- Face right side & shuffle left (4 counts)
Repeat 16 count combo to all 4 corners for a 64 count total
Terminology:
Front kick:
Kick forward with the ball of the foot with a snap kick and recoil.
Reverse:
Punch with the back lead arm (same as an across)
Side kick:
Kick to the side with the heel and the hips turned away
from the opponent.
