This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 3004)

Pattern 1 (32 counts)

A: B:

Pattern 2 (32 counts)

A: B: Repeat Pattern 2 (A and B) begining with left lead!

I suggest do the Running Man/Running Woman for the full 32 counts and then begin from the very top i.e. Pattern 1 (A and B) and continue with Pattern 2 (right and left lead).

To perform the Running Man may be tough for some. Second best would be to do the Power Ski!

Low impact: Power heel digs and lunges = heels in the front and lunge without jumping!

Mambo: If back or reverse mambo is difficult just do the front mambo. Mambo should always be performed with grace and without any exaggerated movements!

Chasse: can always be converted to double step-touch!
