Vita's Vibe on Fitness #1

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 3013)

Combo 1

On the V-step you can do the second one on the floor facing the back, when you are on the right lead you will turn over the left shoulder, and vice versa. Single knee can be replaced with a pivot turn on the floor or a rock step - left foot moves forward and back.
Repeat on left

Combo 2

Repeat on left

These two combos are just really simple to cue and follow and your class will move on them. My email has changed (see below). Hope you enjoy, I will welcome your comments.
