Tammy's Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3026)

  1. Basic crunch up/down, with finger tips resting behind the head, and knee's bent 8x
  2. *Add on: basic crunch, alternating leg lifts forward 2 sets 8x
  3. *Add on: basic crunch with the right leg lift forward only 8x
  4. *Add on: basic crunch with the left leg lift forward only 8x
Repeat step 3 and 4, on 8 turn your upper body towards your left knee and double time it for 8x. On the right leg turn towards your right knee and double time it for 8x.
