- 2 Alternating knees (8 counts)
- Straddle, up, up, down, down, exit facing
back of room (8 counts)
- 3 Alternating mambos (cha, cha, cha between
each one) (12 counts)
- Walk arond the end, to left lead (4 counts)
NOTE: Mambos are to be done on floor, not bench (More
room to do more cardio, not limited by the bench!)
