This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 3045)

This is a low impact routine using light hand-held weights of 1 pound (1/2 kilo) to 2 pounds (1 kilo) each:

Triangle (32 counts)

Flash (32 counts)

Zig Zag (32 counts)

If you have made it all the way down to here, do it again left lead!

The maximum speed I use for this is 128 BPM, minimum 126.
