This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3054)
Start all patterns with right foot lead
Combo #1
- Turnstep, over the bench (8)
- Turnstep, over the bench (8)
- Repeater knee (8)
- Repeater knee around the corner (8) (you should now
be on the front of the bench facing the left wall)
- Repeat combo left foot lead
Combo #2
- Basic lunge back (8) (step up right, left, lunge back
right, left, step off the bench right,left)
- 1/2 Hop turn left lead 2x (8)
- Basic lunge back (8) (step up left, right, lunge back
left, right, step off the bench left, right}
- 1/2 Hop turn right lead 2x (8)
Combo #3 (this combo faces the left wall)
- Front kick (arms in steeple position and jab) (4)
- Side kick (arms stay in steeple position to
guard face!!) (4)
- Horseshoe (8)
- Double knee repeat, sneak around the corner of
the bench (8)
- Over the bench, jacks 2x (8)
- Repeat combo left foot lead
Combo 4
- Basic step 2x (8)
- Step touch on the bench, exit off side (8)
- Abductor raise 2x (8) (I add side kicks to this part,
like in kickboxing, and make them grunt!!!They love it!!!)
- Glide over the bench, knee up, hop back (8)
- Knee up straddle, exit to front of bench (8)
- Knee up straddle, exit to back of bench (8)
- Knee up straddle, exit to front of bench (8)
- 1/2 hop turn, knee up 1x (8)
- Repeat combo #4 (64 count) left foot lead

I hope it is easy to follow. This is a fun basic pattern
that can easily be changed!!! Please Email me with any
