- Grapevine (right) 5&6&
- Slam ball of foot facing side mirror (knee
inward) on 7
- Upper body wave down & up on &8
- Tap right foot (making quarter turn to face
front) 1,2,3,4
- Step right together 5,6,
- Step left together 7,8

- Funky walk at diagonal to left corner single,
single, double (repeat) 8 counts
- Booty pop back x4 squat, stance jump back
throwing booty out 4 counts
- Temptation turn (arms 90 degree angle up) left

hop on one foot)

My hip hop class is one of our most popular classes. The key is
to remind the participants to relax, put your own personalities
into the moves. Just concentrate on having fun, the rest will follow.
I am an AFAA certified instructor instructing hip hop classes for
about a year. This is my most enjoyable class.
