Out of Town
This is a
Cycling pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 3058)
This works well with an instrumental so you can talk your
students through it..(the c.d Riverdance or Lord of the dance
works well)
- Tell your students we are on an open road headed
out of town... 1 minute light resistance
- Suddenly a wind storm comes up slowing us down...1 minute climb
- See that city truck up ahead its a garbage truck and it's
overloaded, trash is falling all over the road and the road
is to narrow to pass we've got to jump over the bottles and
boxes....did I say jump...(pick how many jumps or length 1
minute etc.)
- Lets get off this road now we are in a field, there are cows all
over we have to dodge them right & left turns for a while...
look over there it's a bull he thinks you are trying to hit
his lady cows he is charging run (speed) 1 minute
- We made it still looking for the main road have to go
through the river ahead turn resist up current is strong you
feel yourself being pulled back don't give in...
- Stand there's the main road I have been looking for, just over
that draw bridge DRAW BRIDGE... lights are flashing it's going
up... run or we have to go back.. (sometimes we make it or not
and we have to go back the way we came.
- Time your ride how ever long your song is.. this is one
ride where you better know when your music ends)
Have fun!!!!
When you go through the river I usually use a spray bottle and spray
my student legs..feel it...
