*During the class itself, I change this to a reverse V-step. You can cue it different ways. Right foot up (as if for over the top), left foot up (as if for V-step, which means that you're now facing the back wall), right foot down, left foot down (now you're on the bfloor facing the back wall), right foot up (as before), left foot up (as before), right foot down, left foot down (now you should be on the floor facing the front wall again).
**Changes to a pivot-turn on the floor during the class.
Any comments, feedback, criticism, etc., are welcome. I come from
the "no-tap" school of thought, so you'll usually find
'foot-to-foot' type combos in my class. Smooth and flowing are
my buzzwords!
