[Every new step with right leg lead]
- Grapevine 3x + squat and twist hips on the spot [2 sets]
(16 counts)
- Step touch 4x (move forward and back) [2 sets] (16 counts)
- Jog forward (4 counts) + 1x right side tap and 1x left side
tap (8 counts)
- Alternate single knee up 4x (8 counts)
- Double knee up 4x (16 counts)
- Hop back (4 counts) + 2x heel raises (8 counts)
- Jumping jacks 4x (8 counts)
- Alternate single twist 4x (8 counts)
- Alternate double twist 4x (8 counts)
- Alternate step curl 4x (16 counts)
- Step curl [single, single, double] 4x (16 counts)
- Alt double scooping 4x [Move forward diagonally and back
diagonally] (16 counts)
- EZ walk right 4x (16 counts)
- EZ walk left 4x (16 counts)
- Gallop + 1x curl 4x (16 counts)
