This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 3071)

Just a simple glute training, but my classes hate me for that!

Lying on the floor, looking on the ground, the neck is in prolongation of the spine, the forehead is pressed down on either your hands or a towel. Remind your class NOT to look up during workout!

Just lift both legs a little bit from the floor, feet are point.
Open slowly on 4 counts as far as possible. Close again on 4 counts.
Repeat 7x = 64 counts - take a break!

Open on 4 counts again, hold on 8 counts, close on 4 counts.
Repeat 3x = 64 counts - take a break!

For real freaks (who have sufficient back strength!!!) include identical arm movement.

On demand, the pelvic bones can be cushioned by e. g. a towel.

I love this great site, which none of my colleagues here know - they alway wonder where I get these ideas from! Don't worry - I told them!
