Line Dance Pattern

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3072)

This is a line dance pattern I have used in my senior class. They loved it and it was such a challenge for them and most of the seniors want a challenge off and on. We used a country tape and the music was watermelon crawl, and we did this: If the good die young - right heel in front, left foot in front, alternating 4, toe out to side 4, alternating, forward shuffle 4, tap with the right toe and turn, repeat. Now we did not do these all in a row, in between each one we would do some kind of aerobics, like knees up, corner to corner adding different leg routines and etc.

The ladies really loved this routine and had fun doing it. We were asked to do a demo of this routine for our town, and we were in the newspaper and of course they loved that.

This was a good challenge for them and they need that for they can do more than what they think but you still need to be cautious but have fun too. Thanks, Rochelle
