A New "Spin" on Noodles

Want a great new way to work out on the Noodles?
Try Hydro "Spinning":
Hydro (Water) Spinning is like land Spinning but done with noodles in deep water.

You are going to take them on an imaginary bike trail, full of winding roads steep hills and all kinds of terrain.

Getting started:

I have found this is a great workout! Virtually no impact, because feet never touch the floor.
I have used actual Spinning music tapes to motivate members. But you use whatever gets you grooving.
Just make sure you have a variety of speeds.
My aqua classes love this workout! Hopefully you will also.
Remember you are only limited by your creativity....
