and tap in front; alternate travelling forwards x 4 (8)
- March travelling back beginning with right foot
for 8 counts (8)
- Right boogie, left boogie; alternate x 4 (8)
- Right grapevine x 1; right mambo x 1 (8)
- B:

Pattern 2: (32 counts)

- Right cha cha, left cha cha; alternate travelling
forwards x 4 (8)
- Right foot tap out and tap in the back; left foot tap out
and tap in the back; alternate travelling backwards x 4 (8)
- Step-touch x 4 or step-touch x 2 and right tap out
and in x 2 (8)
- Right grapevine x 1; left mambo (back), left knee
up x 1 (8)
- B:
- Repeat Pattern 2: A beginning with left lead
Some must be wondering what is that! Mambo back and knee up?
The reason is simple - instead of bringing the leg in place after
the back mambo, it makes sense to keep the knee up as I hope you
would want to go into a quadracip stretch!
After doing the Pattern 2 A and ending with 2B you are in a
position to hold the ankle with ease to get into a quadricip
stretch.
Believe it or not this was one of my first cooldowns that I wrote!
