Keep it Kewl

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 3105)

This choreography can be used either for a warmup or a cooldown.

Pattern 1: (32 counts)

Pattern 2: (32 counts)

Some must be wondering what is that! Mambo back and knee up?

The reason is simple - instead of bringing the leg in place after the back mambo, it makes sense to keep the knee up as I hope you would want to go into a quadracip stretch!

After doing the Pattern 2 A and ending with 2B you are in a position to hold the ankle with ease to get into a quadricip stretch.

Believe it or not this was one of my first cooldowns that I wrote!
