Fencing for Seniors

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3115)

Left arm held out at left but forearm is vertical. Right arm is straight out at right and holding imaginary sword pointing towards front of room. While in squat position at all times * Tai-chi squat - instead of squatting to right and left, squat to right, back corner of room and then left, back corner of room. When squatting to right/left back corner, right/left arm is out to right/left but forearm bent so open-faced palm is at ear and left/right arm straight out in front. If done correctly, your arms are in fencer position when starting the fencing portion of routine.

I recommend a good groin stretch in the warm-up before attempting this exercise.
