Boston Rocker!!!

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 3653)

You are leading with the right leg: Repeat leading left.

A perfect 32 count move!! Change the lunges on the floor into sidekicks to add intensity. The second 16 counts is tough, so I usually cue "the foot that taps is the foot you go up with". Make sure your people have the proper form when doing this move. Take a look at their feet. All the way on top of the bench!!
