The Energizer, Keeps Going and Going and Going
This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 3656)
Your step is horizontal
- U-turn
- T-step with a straddle in the middle of it
- Diagnal over the top,
- Reverse turn, 3 count repeater around the end
- 5 Step turnstep
- Horseshoe into a cliffhanger
- Halfway around the world to step up and lunge
- Lunging one side one back, (one off the end one off the back)
- Make single left turns, once you make it back home, lunge,
single single double, and right into side and back lunging
with the left.
- Make single turns to the right, once back home, single single
double, then single hold.
- Lunge moving right, then 4 squats off end,
- Lunge left, moving left, 4 squats off end
- Lunge right again moving right, to triplets, (singles)
- Repeat those 4x
- Then over the top, 8x
- L-step to a basic right
- L-step 2x
- Step knee lunge lunge knee off, over the top turnstep
- Repeat on other side of bench
- Turnstep, face backwall, grapevine left, grapevine right
to the mirror, left back to the step, knee straddle,
to knee corners.
- Repeat on left now.
- Knees corner,
- Cross country on top of step alternating,
- Then russians, (heel digs hopping, digging your heels into
the step while you are on the ground hopping)
