TKO Aerobics #5

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 3657)

This is one complete Kick Boxing routine. I teach 3 different techniques/combos and them weave them together.

Shadow Boxing Combo - self-reversing pattern

Repeat other side, shuffling to the left

*"Stick & Move" Combo - self-reversing

As a right handed boxer:

Kick Boxing Combo - self-reversing

As a right handed boxer: Repeat for total of 8 counts Repeat from "Elbow Strike and a Kick" Total 32 counts

"Side to the Front, Front to the Side"

Repeat for a total of 8 counts

After the last punch, you are ready to step forward on your right foot and repeat the Kick Boxing Combo as a left handed boxer, or you are ready to Shuffle to repeat from the top.
