- Grapevine right (4)
- Charlie Chaplin (4) (Stay on your heels, toes
out-in-out-in +arms up-down-up-down)
- Turnstep back (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Walk 4 left corner (4)
- 4 "Polkasteps" back (right, left, right, together) (4)
- 2 Step touch, helicopter (4 jumps on right foot, turning
round) (4)
- Grapevine left, arms straight forward (4)
- Turn back on 4 steps, holding both your arms to left (4)
- V-step left, right (8)
- Fly forward right, end with right foot until left foot (4)
- Step touch right, tap left (4)
- 2 Step touch back, 2 jacks (8)
- Grapevine right (4)
- V-step right (4)
- Walk 4, right lead; back-back-forward-forward. 1-2: Put
your hands on the floor like you prepare for push-ups.
3-4: Move up again.
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Grapevine left (4)
- V-step left (4)
- Walk 4 (1-2: Going down for push-ups. 3-4: Up again.)
- 2 Jacks
Sometimes I use that last session as a transition to the
cooldown and cardio-work.
