This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3690)

First 32 Counts

Third 32

Power skate = hopping from one foot to another, with a skating motion. Swing your arms and control the movement of your legs. It's tricky!

Flies = hopping from both feet to one, in any direction. The outside leg gets a great workout when abducted. Hands push towards the direction you are travelling to.

Laterals = These are great! They're similar to side steps, but much harder. Step to the side 4 times and lift up the inside knee. Arms are "chugging" - moving in a circular motion by your sides. Make sure to tell everyone to get low.
