This Is It!!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 3710)

This routine really moves and can be made more difficult at certain points.

* You can replace the toes with squats to make it harder.

** When they step knee I like to hold it for 8, then 16, then 32 counts, this really gets the heart rate up and works the legs.

This is my first time submitting a routine let me know if you like it!!
