Can also incorporate floating dumbbells with this move. A good class pattern is to form circles, then you can see everyone's bright smiling faces. For large classes you can use a double circle, shorter students form a circle inside the big outer circle. Move them in two different directs to increase water resistant. It's a great workout when you change directions and have to increase your intensity so you don't stop your momentum, you use energy spurts so you don't come to a complete stop while changing directions.
